Registration Opens March 7, 2026

Scholarship Deadline is June 5, 2026

On your registration form you will be asked that you read the Important Information Page and agree to its content.

The 4H Center has rooms that allow up to 4 women per room. Each room has a private bathroom and shower. The cost for the weekend is dependent on whether you register to have the room as a single, double, triple, or quad (the number of women staying in the room). Please see 4H Center page to see the rooms

Steps for Registration to be Complete

Complete and submit registration form (via email or mail )
Submit payment (online or mail check )
If sharing room with other women, ensure their form(s) and payment(s) are submitted

If you are paying for someone else, please send an email to ROAwomensworkshop@gmail.com with your name and the name of the person you are paying for.

NOTE: Your room is not reserved until your registration fee is received. Reminder that all roommates must register and pay to reserve the room.

Registration Rates

Registration rates are per person and includes room, meals (Friday dinner, Saturday bfast/lunch/dinner, Sunday bfast, water, coffee, hospitality, arts & crafts, and weekend content of speakers, workshops, and fellowship.

Single $370

Double $265

Triple $205

Quad $190

* Single and double rooms are limited, we suggest registering early.

Do to increase costs, we have had to unfortunately raise our rates

* No alcohol or recreational/illegal drugs are permitted on premises. Possession will result in your departure from the facility. Smoking of tobacco only is allowed in certain designated areas.

* We are sponsored by the Hip Sober Chicks, Seeds of Hope, and Women's Only groups of Alcoholics Anonymous, in Roanoke Virginia.
