1. Complete and submit registration form (via email or mail to PO Box)
2. Submit payment (online or mail to PO Box)
3. If sharing room with other women, ensure their form(s) and payment(s) are submitted

The registration form is a fillable PDF.  It is available for download below.

1. You can download it and fill it out on your computer, save it with your last name, and email the filled form to ROAwomensworkshop@gmail.com .
2. You can print the form filled in or you can print it and fill it by hand and mail it to Roanoke Women's Workshop, P.O. Box 3033, Roanoke, VA 24015

4. If you are paying for someone else, please send an email to ROAwomensworkshop@gmail.com with your name and the name of the person you are paying for.

NOTE:  Your room is not reserved until your registration fee is received.  Reminder that all roommates must register and pay to reserve the room.
